The Roland V-1HD is a compact and portable HD video switcher that sets the standard for 4-channel HDMI video switching. It seamlessly connects and switches video cameras, smartphones, computers, tablets, Blu-ray players, and other HDMI video sources with a simple push of a button or slide of the T-Fader. The V-1HD supports up to Full HD 1080p resolution and includes a full 12-channel audio mixer, making it easy to operate with hardware controls. It features two HDMI outputs, picture-in-picture and split functions, and two effects knobs that deliver genuine visual performance. The V-1HD can be remotely controlled via USB or MIDI connection, and software control is available using the V-1HD RCS Application for Mac, PC, and iPad. The switcher also includes a multi-viewer preview output, large broadcast-style back-lit buttons for ease of use in low light conditions, and output fade dials for smooth transitions. The V-1HD's three-layer effects engine allows for picture-in-picture composition and split screen function, combined with Chroma/Luminance keying and visual effects like silhouette, colorpass, and negative to keep audiences engaged and entertained.
