The S-8D98 is a high-capacity 7.2V Li-ion battery pack designed for Panasonic camcorders including the AU-EVA1, AG-DVX200, and AJ-PX270/285. With a robust 70Wh / 9800mAh capacity, it delivers over 3 hours of runtime on the AU-EVA1, making it ideal for extended shooting sessions. Engineered as a direct replacement for Panasonic VW-VBD58 and AG-VBR59 batteries, the S-8D98 features a built-in 5.5/2.1mm pole-tap DC output socket for powering accessories such as LED lights, monitors, or wireless transmitters simultaneously with the camera. It also includes a 5V/1A USB output for charging mobile devices, transforming the battery into a versatile power station.
